Acme Demo HOA is governed by five volunteer homeowners elected at the annual meeting.

The board meets the second Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Clubhouse. Every homeowner is welcome to attend and speak during the open forum.

Jordan Ellis
A resident since 2014, Jordan coaches youth soccer and has led the board through the pool renovation.

Lend a hand
Committees do much of the work that makes Acme Demo special. No experience needed, just a little time.
Architectural Review
Reviews home improvement requests within 30 days. Three volunteer members appointed by the board.
Landscape Committee
Cares for entrances, trails and common areas. Works with the landscape contractor on seasonal plantings.
Welcome Committee
Greets new neighbors with a welcome packet. Visits new homeowners within their first month.
Communications
Publishes the newsletter, website and email updates. Quarterly newsletter and monthly email news.
Pool & Amenities
Oversees the pool, courts and playground. Works with the pool company on hours and safety.

Plans the festivals, holiday events and pool parties. Meets monthly. Always looking for event helpers.
