Resort-style pool

Our zero-entry pool has a lap lane, a splash pad for little ones and shaded cabanas. Lifeguards are on duty on weekends and holidays.

Community Park & playground

The two-acre park at the heart of the neighborhood has a shaded playground for ages 2 to 12, an open lawn for games and plenty of benches.

Pickleball courts

Two lighted courts with permanent nets. Drop-in play is first come, first served, and there is open play every Saturday morning.

• Lights on until 10 p.m.
• Paddles at the Clubhouse
• One-hour limit when others wait
• Saturday open play 8 a.m.

Greenbelt trails

About 2.5 miles of paved and crushed-granite trail loop through the greenbelts and connect to the city park system.

• Paved loop of 1.2 miles
• Mile markers and benches
• Pet waste stations
• Lighted at the entrances

Clubhouse & pavilion

Residents can reserve the Clubhouse (up to 60 guests) or the covered pavilion for birthdays, showers and get-togethers.

• Clubhouse: $100 plus $200 deposit
• Pavilion: free for residents
• Book through the management company
• Reservations up to 90 days ahead
